The Party Guy Rental's Rules

Reservations and Deposits:

  • Make reservations well in advance to secure the items you need for your event.
  • Be prepared to pay a deposit to confirm your booking, and make the deposit by the specified due date.

Read and Understand the Rental Agreement:

  • Carefully review the rental agreement provided by the rental company to understand the terms and conditions.
  • Seek clarification if there are any aspects of the agreement that you do not fully understand.

Deposit and Payment Obligations:

  • Pay the required deposit on time to secure your reservation.
  • Adhere to the payment schedule and ensure that all rental fees are paid by the specified due dates.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • Familiarize yourself with the rental company's cancellation policy to understand the rules and deadlines for cancellations and any associated refund terms.

Delivery and Pickup Guidelines:

  • Provide accurate event details, including the date, time, and location of your event.
  • Be available during the specified delivery and pickup windows or arrange for someone responsible to be present on your behalf.

Proper Use and Care:

  • Follow the rental company's guidelines for the proper use and care of rental items to prevent damage or accidents.
  • Supervise the use of items, particularly when they involve guest interaction, such as inflatables.

Safety Precautions:

  • Follow all safety precautions and guidelines provided by the rental company.
  • Ensure that rented items, especially inflatables, are used safely and that children are supervised.

Liability Waivers:

  • Understand the terms of any liability waivers or insurance policies, and comply with their requirements.

Cleaning and Return Conditions:

  • Return rental items in the same condition as when they were received.
  • Adhere to cleaning and maintenance guidelines for items like tableware and linens, and return them free of excessive stains or damage.

Inventory Inspection:

  • Participate in the inspection of rental items before and after the event to document their condition and address any discrepancies.

Early Returns or Extensions:

  • Communicate with the rental company if you need to return items early or extend the rental period, and understand any associated costs.

Respect for Items:

  • Handle rental items with care and prevent misuse or negligence.
  • Be cautious when using items near sharp objects, open flames, or other potential hazards.

Compliance with Local Regulations:

  • Ensure that your event complies with all local regulations and permits, especially for items like tents or stages.

Communication and Timeliness:

  • Communicate promptly with the rental company regarding any changes, issues, or concerns.
  • Be on time for deliveries, pickups, and any scheduled appointments with the rental company.
  • Customer Feedback:
  • Provide feedback to the rental company after your event to help them improve their services and customer experience.
