Terms of Service for: The Party Guy Rentals

Welcome to The Party Guy Rentals! By accessing and using our website, services, event rentals, and signing on quotes, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of service. Please read these terms carefully.

  1. Rental Orders and Reservations:

1.1 Reservation Deposit:

  • To secure a reservation for rental items, a non-refundable reservation deposit may be required. 

1.2 Order Confirmation:

  • Upon receiving your order or reservation, we will provide you with an order confirmation that includes details of your rental items, rental period, and pricing. Please review it carefully and notify us of any discrepancies.
  1. Cancellations and Refunds:

2.1 Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations before the scheduled event date will result in no refunds, with the reservation/security deposit.

2.2 Inclement Weather:

  • For outdoor events, we understand that weather conditions can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel your outdoor event rental due to inclement weather, please notify us as soon as possible. We will work with you to reschedule your rental.
  1. Rental Terms and Responsibilities:

3.1 Item Care and Cleaning:

  • Customers are responsible for the proper care and cleaning of rental items during the rental period. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received, free from excessive dirt, stains, or damage.
  • Cleaning instructions may be provided for certain items, and failure to follow these instructions may result in additional cleaning fees.

3.2 Late Returns:

  • Rental items should be returned on the agreed-upon date and time. Late returns may be subject to additional rental fees.

3.3 Damage and Loss:

  • Customers are responsible for the rental items from the time of delivery or pickup until they are returned. Customers are liable for any damage to or loss of rental items during this period.
  1. Payment and Pricing:

4.1 Payment Methods:

  • The due date for the full payment is after the event rental day is over, either when we come to pick up the rentals or online. If we don’t receive payment within a week of the event date a 3% interest will be applied every week after. A $30 fee would be applied every time a payment doesn’t go through for insufficient funds.
  • We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, checks, and cash. 

4.2 Pricing:

  • Prices for rental items are outlined in the order confirmation. Pricing may vary based on the type of items, rental duration, and other factors.
  1. Liability:

5.1 Limitation of Liability:

  • We will send you a copy or hand you a copy of the rules the day before the event date. Failure to obey any rules will result in additional fees.
  • Our liability is limited to the rental cost of the items. We are not responsible for any consequential or incidental damages. We supply you with rules so the event can run smoothly and prevent any injuries or vandalism.

  1. Changes to Terms of Service:
  • We reserve the right to update or modify these terms of service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately and communicated to customers through our website or email.
