Refund and Return Policy

1. Refunds and Cancellations:

1.1 Reservation Deposits:

  • To secure a reservation, customers may be required to pay a non-refundable deposit. This deposit will be deducted from the total rental fee.

1.2 Cancellations:

  • Customers can cancel their rental order up to 3 days before the scheduled event date and receive a full refund of any payments made, including the reservation deposit.
  • Cancellations made within 1 day of the event date may result in a partial refund, with the non-refundable deposit retained to cover administrative costs.

1.3 Inclement Weather:

  • In the case of outdoor events, we understand that weather conditions can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel your outdoor event rental due to inclement weather, please notify us as soon as possible. We will work with you to reschedule your rental or issue a refund.

2. Returns and Exchanges:

2.1 Damaged or Defective Items:

  • We take great care to ensure the quality and condition of our rental items. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt.
  • We will arrange for the prompt replacement of the damaged or defective item at no additional cost.

2.2 Order Accuracy:

  • Please carefully inspect your rental items upon delivery or pickup. If you discover any discrepancies or missing items, contact us.
  • We will rectify any order errors and provide you with the missing items as soon as possible.

2.3 Return of Rental Items:

  • Rental items must be returned in the same condition as they were received, free from excessive dirt, stains, or damage.
  • Rental items should be returned on the agreed-upon date and time. Late returns may be subject to additional rental fees.

3. Miscellaneous:

3.1 Custom Orders:

  • Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for refunds or returns unless they are damaged or defective.

3.2 Cleaning and Care:

  • Customers are responsible for the cleaning and care of rental items during the rental period. Failure to return items in a clean and undamaged condition may result in additional fees.

3.3 Liability:

  • Our liability is limited to the rental cost of the items. We are not responsible for any consequential or incidental damages.

3.4 Policy Changes:

  • We reserve the right to update or modify this refund and return policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers in advance.
