Shipping Policy for THE PARTY GUY RENTALS

1. Delivery and Pickup Services:

- We offer delivery services for rental items to the location specified by the customer. Delivery fees are based on distance, order size, and other factors.
- Delivery times will be arranged with the customer in advance, and we will make every effort to accommodate specific delivery timeframes.
1.2 Pickup:
- Rental items are typically scheduled for pickup at the end of the rental period. Pickup times will be coordinated with the customer.
2. Delivery and Pickup Locations:
2.1 Venue Access:
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the venue is accessible during the scheduled delivery and pickup times.
- If there are restrictions or special requirements for venue access (e.g., stairs, narrow doorways), please inform us in advance to make necessary arrangements.
2.2 Delivery and Pickup Address:
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery and pickup addresses. Any changes to the address must be communicated to us as soon as possible.
3. Item Inspection:
3.1 Inspection Upon Delivery:
- Upon delivery, customers are encouraged to inspect rental items for accuracy and condition. If there are any discrepancies or issues, please notify us immediately.
3.2 Cleaning and Care:
- Customers are responsible for the proper care and cleaning of rental items during the rental period. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received, free from excessive dirt, stains, or damage. Cleaning instructions may be provided for certain items.
4. Late Returns:
4.1 Rental Period:
- Rental items should be returned on the agreed-upon date and time. Late returns may be subject to additional rental fees.
4.2 Pickup Extension:
- If customers need to extend the rental period or change pickup times, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate such requests based on item availability.
5. Damage and Loss:
5.1 Customer Liability:
- Customers are responsible for the rental items from the time of delivery or pickup until they are returned. Customers are liable for any damage to or loss of rental items during this period.
5.2 Damage Assessment:
- In the event of damage or loss, we will assess repair or replacement costs, and customers will be billed accordingly.
